If you would like information about enrollment and orientation, please submit this ENROLLMENT INTEREST FORM. Students looking to enroll and attend Progressive Leadership Academy should complete the ONLINE APPLICATION and visit the school to submit documents and complete a paper application. When submitting the online application, students must choose Progressive Leadership Academy as their 1st choice school.

Potential PLA scholars will be scheduled for an orientation session. During orientation, students will complete enrollment documents, receive an overview of our program and policies, and take a tour of the school.
Students must bring the following documents to orientation if they have them:
• State or student ID
•Birth certificate
•Proof of address (utility bill)
•Transcript
•Medical records (physical and immunizations)
